Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, products can be returned to us in their original packaging for a full refund within 28 days of receipt.

We will require your order number.

We take good care to make sure that your items arrive for you in perfect condition, if for any reason your order is damaged or faulty please send us photos within 5 days of receiving your items and we will organise a replacement or refund for you. We will require your order number.

Please note we cannot refund on earrings or any beauty/bath/fragranced items that have been opened.

The cost of returning your unwanted goods is the responsibility of the buyer, we therefore suggest you return the items using a recorded delivery service.

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges.

Please allow up to 3-4 days for your refund to be processed from the date we receive the goods.

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping.
